Location Details

The Darwin’s Arch is probably the best dive site in the Galapagos Islands. Located on the Southeast corner of Darwin Island, depth ranges from 9 – 40+ meters (30 – 130+ feet). Visibility is usually 12 – 24 meters (40 – 80 feet) and current moderate to very strong. Surge is moderate in the shallows. The Darwin’s Arch is a great place to watch Whale Sharks, Hammerheads and other pelagics.
